Location was perfect right between south and central piers which I what I needed for myself and my eight year old daughter. On arrival the staff were extremely friendly and allowed us to use the on-site car park a couple of hours before check-in. We were sure to arrive handy because I believe they have limited parking spaces on a first-come first-served basis. The hotel is exactly what you want for a quick day out and stay over with an eight year old. There was a lovely bar with pool table and front street level balcony that patrons could access. There was even a small dance floor which my daughter enjoyed seeing on arrival. On check-in you need to pay £50 cash deposit and £10 for the parking space per night which I was aware of before travelling so went prepared..there is a convenience store across the street out the back with a cash machine if you get stuck...this convenience store is also open until midnight too should you require emergency booze or backie. The room itself was clean, tidy and had sufficient amenities with a decent sized TV. Late in the evening the gentleman on the desk was fun to talk to especially in and around the bar area and he was very kind to my eight year old daughter. Overall I rate this hotel very much, for a one-night stay in Blackpool 'off-season' for a bloke(me), his mate and his young daughter, this place more than met my requirements! Thanks very much for making us welcome and I have you saved on booking.com for future stays. Thanks guys and gals.

We loved the kid and pet friendly staff there , Adam and Steve made our kids days and nights which was very comforting we were treat like royalty kids even had tears whilst leaving, hubby got home and asked me if we should go and return for a few days more having spent 8 days there prior😳😂 I can say we had 5 different rooms in total and they were up to expectations and needs, they are currently undergoing a transformation from dining area to a bigger bar area so that they can have more room for members of the public to accompany us who are wanting to drink onsite. The place is smack bang across from the beach what's even better is that you are close to tram, train station, pleasure beach, shops and places to eat don't forget the arcades and piers🤑 fantastic stay going to book again for October💪

The owner was friendly and helpful when needed. He was quiet and kept to himself, which is fine for us. They have a bingo night, the kids are welcome at the disco night, I found this to be friendly, but it's more of a sit and chill than getting the kids up dancing. The room we had was clean and tidy and had been freshly decorated to look a lot more modern including the bathroom it's probably one of the nicest budget hotels we've stayed in at Blackpool if you exclude travelodge and Premier Inn (this hotel really undercut them during the 6 weeks holiday weekend). The beds were comfortable, and you had a basic wardrobe drawer and side table, as well as a tv with freeview.

I loved how a few hours before arrival Sarah rang me to ensure we were still arriving when we stated and everything was ready for our stay. When we arrived Sarah simply couldn't be anymore helpful with guiding us on where to park and advice on our stay there. Sarah's helpful friendly service was above and beyond and because of this, we will be returning guests. We stayed in the Quadruple room, sea view and it was perfect with cleanliness and piece and quiet after a busy day around Bpool. Fantastic location, can't wait to return again. Thank you Sarah!

The location was perfect, was a good hotel, food next door we lived on for the full 3 days and was pretty decent 👌 only thing I can say was there was no breakfast available but that was easily resolved with a nice place just out the back that done a lovely breakfast. Entertainment at night was a laugh with bingo then karaoke 🎤 also loved that there was 2 balcony's at the front of the hotel that had seating area. Would definitely recommend this place and can't fault it at all. You will enjoy your stay here! And hopefully we will be welcomed back.
